As much twisted her love life was, Stassi Schroeder is pretty much an open book when it comes to plastic surgery. And she hasn't had the need to hide the fact that made her the best version of who she is, or so she believes. Although, we're reclined to believe her too.
Schroeder's come a long way as a long-running débutante of Vanderpump Rules. But it hit a major bump after Black Lives Matter took traction. She and Kristen Doute did try to reprimand for their comments on Faith Stowers years ago, but the reality show wouldn't have any of it.
And in that reflection, her fiancé Beau Clark declined to film the show if Schroeder was not in it. Plus, he got a mixed reception from Twitter users after tweeting for the first time since her firing, despite trying to live life again, after the embarrassing ordeal with race. But that's a different topic for now.
Stassi Schroeder says there's no shame in cosmetic enhancements and such. After revealing many procedures plenty of times, she detailed the processes of each of them in her 2019 book, Next Level Basic: The Definitive Basic Bitch Handbook.

The first she writes about is the chin implant she got after high school. It was something she always wanted and that her parents recognized it enough to gift her with it. She also later revealed how she looked before the implant in a series on IG stories in May 2019.
"If you're questioning their parenting skills, whatevs," the 31-year-old writes. "They trusted my judgment, and I was desperate for a bigger chin and more define jawline."
After the books, she released the photos before she had chin implants.

The recovery process was somewhat troublesome with milkshakes, but she believes it was the best thing she ever did. "My face swelled up from the surgery (and maybe the shakes) but it ended up being freaking awesome," she continues. "It's one of the best things I ever did and to this day it makes me feel better about myself."
For some celebrities, a boob job is something they get to increase the size of their breasts to enhance themselves. But for Schroeder, enhancing her breasts had an opposite meaning. Her assets were too big for her to handle, so much so that her shoulders hurt every day, and it was uncomfortable.

She got her breast reduction in 2015, something she'd "fantasized" since she was 12, as she writes. "Let me tell you, it is constantly uncomfortable to feel a heavy book hanging like a pancake on your stomach," she confesses. "When I finally met with a surgeon I told them that I didn't care about the scars — just butcher me up."
In a 2015 blog post, she wrote that she used to cry herself to sleep "over the frustration that comes with dressing" her fuller chest. Then, before getting the surgery, she announced it via her podcast, Straight Up with Stassi.
Even after the surgery, she still had them.

"I started bleeding the other day when I was working out because of my sports bra, so I have scabs on my shoulder," she said in the podcast. "It's just too uncomfortable and they're so saggy, they look like two tube socks with change in them."
However, going didn't mean she was going to zero. "I'm just going down to a D," she continued. "I still want boobs. I don't want to have an identity crisis. I feel like if I took too much out I might not feel like myself. I want to continue to have boobs… I thought about waiting, but then I thought what if I don't have kids for ten years. I'm going to spend the hottest years of my life with saggy tits. I'm already past my prime."
She needed a while to embrace her scars.

And after the surgeries, since starting to date Clark, Schroeder says she was ashamed to flash him because of the scars left. But she started getting comfortable with it later on.
Schroeder also revealed in the book that she's had more plastic surgery-considered procedures in her life. She'd already mentioned she uses Botox during the off-season in the book and that she uses it "conservatively". But she also used to get lip filler, which Clark banned her "because he thinks it makes me look like a baboon".
As for the Botox, she did say in February 2019 that she wouldn't date someone who would shame her for getting Botox. So yeah, that one might be banned for her yet.

"It's not about freezing your face to me, it's just about getting rid of my wrinkles," she told People in 2019 that she started using it since she was 23. "I've always done it conservatively, and I have it down to a science. I know exactly how much I like to get, where I like to get it, and I always tell my doctor, 'You know, I need to have some expression'."
"I always make it a point not to get Botox when I'm filming because I hate it when people are having an emotion and you can't tell," she further wrote in the book. "I vowed never to get while we're shooting Vanderpump Rules so that people know when I'm mad at them".
