SNL host Jimmy Fallon apologies for wearing 'blackface' cooling the Twitter rant against him!

Jimmy Fallon has apologized for donning blackface in a SNL sketch from 2000 after film of him was reemerged online this week.

In the clip from Jimmy show, which went viral all over Twitter with the hashtag #JimmyFallonIsOverParty, Fallon can be seen imitating the entertainer Chris Rock.

And many of the users took to Twitter to blame Fallon being racist and demanded the clip to be removed from all the media sources.

Replying to the resurfaced tweet, on Tuesday (26 May), Fallon tweeted: “In 2000, while on SNL, I made an offensive bad decision to do an impersonation of Chris Rock while in blackface. There is no excuse for this.

Fallon wrote, “I am very sorry for making this unquestionably offensive decision and thank all of you for holding me accountable.”

Well it was twenty years back and the American comedian had no idea regarding all the troubles it was going to bring in. And since he's has apologized in a 'down to earth manner', we think it's considerable. What do you guys think about it?
