Some believe she paid a visit to a surgeon to refine her nose since her teen star days. While comparing her old and new pictures, it seems like her nose is now trimmer.
And also, we know Jessica Alba is the sex symbol, her slim yet shapely frame is body type which all females die for. The actress has maintained her shape even after the birth of her children, which led people to assume about her procedures like liposuctions.
Jessica Alba has not confirmed nor addressed the rumors of her plastic surgery. However, talking to fans, the actress said, "I think you should never have to change yourself like that. If somebody loves you, they'll love you no matter what."

And about her perfect body, Jessica added, "After both pregnancies, I wore a girdle! People have been doing it for years. And, let’s face it, I don’t have the body of a 14-year-old anymore. I think the more we try not to have that unrealistic ideal, the happier we’ll be."
