Popstar Jennifer Lopez has put her wedding plans on pause with Alex Rodriguez due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Yes, all the JLo fans, the singer, actress, and dancer, Jennifer Lopez, announced her postponement on engagement to boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, which was supposed to happen this summer.
The 'One the Floor' hitmaker shared the news speaking on 'The Today Show' on Tuesday, May 26, where Lopez exclusively shared host Hoda Kotb that she feels "a little heartbroken" to change her wedding plans.
Jennifer Lopez Is 'Heartbroken' Over Postponing Wedding to Alex Rodriguez
The 50 years old media personality actually appeared on the morning talk show for promoting the fourth season of her dance competition show, World Of Dance, which started on Tuesday, May 26.
The interview initially started with some family questions, where she was asked some questions regarding how her family is handling quarantine. The mother of twins from her former husband Marc Anthony shared,
The kids are in a virtual school, Alex and I are doing a lot of Zoom calls - a lot of work. That's pretty much it. What's nice is we get to have dinner together every night, and I love that.
After some chit chat, showrunner Kotb, asked about her wedding plans to happen in the summer, Lope replied, "What is going to happen to our wedding dates?" she asked Lopez.
"Nobody knows," she replied. "There's no planning right now, you just have to kind of wait and see how this all plays out. It's disappointing on one level," Lopez continued.

Lopez added that "after the Super Bowl and after World Of Dance - after we finished filming it - I planned to take time off, which is what we're doing right now. But at the same time, we had a lot of plans for this summer and this year. But everything is kind of on hold right now."
Kotb then asked if Lopez was heartbroken for canceling her original ceremony plans, where she replied,
I'm a little heartbroken because we did have some great plans, but I'm also like, 'You know what, God has a bigger plan. And so we just have to wait and see. Maybe it's going to be better. I have to believe that it will be.
So we won't be seeing Jennifer and Alex Rodriguez wedding at least for a year. Well an obvious choice during such pandemic from COVID-19.
