James Cameron 'Avatar 2' resume production amidst Coronavirus pandemic.
Yes, you heard it right! James Cameron's super hit blockbuster sci-fi movie Avatar is all set to resume its production next week since its last shut due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Academy Award recipient movie is starting its production and might hit the theatres soon than we expect. Before the pandemic it was set to release in 2021. The sequel is all ready to resume its shoot in New Zealand which was on put hold in May after the country encountered COVID-19 case.

The jolly news was shared by producer Jon Landau, the producer of Avatar, Alita: Battle Angel, and Titanic. Landau took it to his Instagram on Friday, May 22, and shared a snap from the set.
Along with the snap, Landau captioned,
Our #Avatar sets are ready — and we couldn’t be more excited to be headed back to New Zealand next week. Check out the Matador, a high speed forward command vessel (bottom) and the Picador jet boat (top) — can’t wait to share more.
Avatar was released in 2009 and is one of the highest-grossing movies of all time ($2.79 billion) until July 2019 when it was overtaken by Marvel Avengers: End Game.
