Before Chris Platt, Anna Faris had a life, you know. Aside from the Scary Movie franchise and all that movies she's been a part of. When the two first started their relationship, Faris was recently divorced from first husband, Ben Indra. But because she found out the marriage was not good enough when she was connecting with Pratt the way she wasn't with Indra.
Don't worry, she never cheated. But if you gather anything by her situation after the split from Platt, then you know the divorce from Indra had an effect on her. And that time, it was not an apparent weight loss. She took it a little more drastic than that, if plastic surgery is considered that way.
Faris is one of those few celebrities who are quite open about their journeys of going under the knife. And since she's got a funny bone that she takes on the roles she plays, she discusses it in quite a comedic fashion.
There's a weird (not new) story of how Faris & Pratt came to be in 2007 when they were filming for Take Me Home Tonight. She mentions it in her book as well. Anyway, it's the same year she split from Indra, and she decided she wanted to do something to her body.
She just wanted to fill in a bikini. It worked well.

In 2008, after finishing The House Bunny, she decided to go get "my breasts done", something that would change her former perspective of plastic surgery as an anti-feminist practice completely.
"I was always a negative-A cup, so when I was 30, I was getting a divorce, I had just finished The House Bunny, and I'd sold another movie. All of these new things were happening to me, so I got my breasts done," Faris revealed in the cover interview of Men's Health's May 2018 issue. "It was f**king awesome. I never, ever thought I'd do something like that. I always thought plastic surgery was caving in to 'the man,' you know? But it came down to a really simple thing: I wanted to fill out a bikini. What would that feel like?"
Everyone, including her, is glad she went forward with it.

And she's not regretted the decision to go forward with it at all. And she still was a staunch feminist even after that. "I kept thinking, Am I betraying my own gender by doing this?" She continued. "I wish that we were more supportive of each other. I think that people should be able to do whatever they want, whether it's getting braces, bleaching their hair, getting extensions, getting a boob job, getting v**inal surgery, or getting a nose job."
However, the boob job wasn't the only thing she got. And she did regret one other plastic surgery she got. She'd injected collagen in her lips before the boob job to get her started toward eliminating that body insecurity she had despite being happy with being skinny all her life.
But that was something she regrets as the temporary poutiness stayed for quite a few years. It was reportedly for another comedy movie, The House Bunny. But all of it was not for movies and such. "It wasn't a career thing—it was a divorce thing," she told The New Yorker in 2011.
Yeah, the lips really did not work.

Additionally, she later had Botox to placate some wrinkles as she passed 30 and thus has been looking frozen in time ever since. And as you may have noticed already, she'd dyed her hair completely blonde sometime in 2002 from her natural brunette color we saw on Scary Movie.

There's also speculation that she's had rhinoplasty from way before she was famous. With no photos to prove it, and since she's never dared to use plastic surgery before her lip injections, that will remain ruled out. For now, she's still sticking to Botox, probably.
